Individual coaching: In person, on the phone or online via Zoom.

 

Group Coaching: 2-5 people

 

Health and Wellness Coaching: As a former certified personal trainer, I can help my clients start an exercise program or improve upon what they're currently doing.  Sometimes I actually exercise with them.

 

I will help you increase your knowledge of how to improve your total health and wellness by addressing:

  • managing your blood pressure
  • blood chemistry (HDL, LDL, triglycerides, etc.)
  • A-1C (if appropriate)
  • your weight
  • creating more muscle strength and endurance
  • working on your core
  • improving your balance and flexibility
  • your mindset and attitude

 

Public Speaking: I give educational and motivational talks to companies and other organizations.

 

I keep in touch with my clients between sessions by phone, text and email, this is important.
